A filter automatic inspection apparatus is provided to improve reliability of a user for filter inspection by implementing various works sequentially in one system. A filter automatic inspection apparatus includes a filter set supplying unit(100), a film-filter separation unit(200), a filter inspection unit(300), filter extracting units(410,420), a wrapping unit(500), and filter stacking units(610,620). The filter set supplying unit(100) stores and maintains a filter set to be inspected. The film-filter separation unit(200) extracts the filter set from the filter set supplying unit(100) and separates a filter from a film. The filter inspection unit(300) inspects whether the separated filter is good or bad. The filter extracting units(410,420) extract, arrange, and locate the filter inspected in the filter inspection unit(300). The wrapping unit(500) warps the filter which is located on the filter extracting units(410,420). The filter stacking units(610,620) stack the wrapped filters. The filter extracting units(410,420) and the filter stacking units(610,620) are installed on the good filter and the bad filter respectively.
