A device for measuring a sectional settlement of the foundation by using a satellite positioning system is provided to sense a settling condition of the foundation accurately and to reduce an installation cost and a cost required for a measuring operation. A device for measuring a sectional settlement of the foundation by using a satellite positioning system(100) comprises a plain housing(110), a position detecting plate(120), a sensor checking module(140), a direction checking sensor(130), and a wireless communication module(150). The plain housing includes a semicircular base having a keeping groove with fluid with viscosity, and a cover(113) covering and sealing the base. The position detecting plate includes plural grooves, a curved center portion, a pressure sensor, and a circular rotator. The position detecting plate is loaded horizontally at the housing. The sensor checking module is connected electrically with the pressure sensor through a communication line to control discrimination data and information data by checking a tilt angle of the pressure sensor. The direction checking sensor includes a lower plate, a light emitting unit, a light receiving sensor, an opaque compass, a direction system, and an upper plate. The wireless communication module is loaded at the housing to send the discrimination data and the information data of the sensor checking module, the direction data of the direction checking sensor, and the height data of the height checking module.
