A hollow light pipe is provided to transmit light uniformly to a long distance by forming an inner pipe layer, a film layer, and an outer pipe layer in a multi-layer structure to increase the total reflection effect of light. A hollow light pipe(1) includes a hollow outer pipe(2), a hollow inner pipe(3), and a film(4). The hollow inner pipe(3) is inserted into the hollow outer pipe(2), and has a flat outer surface, and an inner surface having a linear prism array having a plurality of triangular grooves extended in the lengthwise direction. The film(4) is placed between the outer pipe(2) and the inner pipe(3), and the surface having a reflection pattern faces the surface contacted to the outer pipe(2).
