<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image generation system, capable of appropriately expressing a motion blur of an object while generating an image by high-speed processing. <P>SOLUTION: The image generation system comprises a volume generation part for generating a movement locus volume MV in relative movement of an object OB to a virtual camera based on a first face OB0 showing the state before relative movement of the face constituting the object and a second face OB1 showing the state after relative movement; and a movement locus volume drawing part for drawing the volume. The drawing part determines a first position C0 according to the positional relation between a drawing pixel p of the volume and the first face and a second position C1 according to the positional relation between the drawing pixel and the second face in a predetermined pixel coordinate system having a pixel pattern T corresponding to a color distribution according to the color of the face constituting the object, and determines either color or transparency of the drawing pixel from the first position and the second position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
