PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit for LSI, in which fluctuation of a delay amount due to ambient temperature change is suppressed. SOLUTION: The drive circuit is provided with: two-stage CMOS inverters 1 and 2 which inverse and amplify input signal IN; a leading edge detection section 3 which detects the leading edge of input signal IN and outputs a leading edge detection signal S3 of ambient-temperature-dependent pulse width; a PMOS5 which drives output node NO to power supply potential VDD according to the leading edge detection section signal S3; a leading edge detection section 4 which detects the leading of input signal IN and outputs the leading edge detection signal S4 of ambient-temperature-dependent pulse width; and a NMOS6 which drives output node NO to a ground potential GND according to the leading edge detection signal S4. When the delay time of CMOS inverters 1 and 2 by temperature rise in ambient becomes long, the pulse width of leading edge detection signal S3 or the like becomes large, and the delay time can be reduced by the drive of the assistance drive by PMOS5 or the like.
