PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an image sensing module, which is capable of making the image sensing module smaller in size by conforming the external shape of a frame to that of a wiring board and to provide an image sensing module. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the image sensing module is characterized by the fact that at least one side of a rectangular frame constituting the image sensing module and the wiring board are cut off at the same time.
