PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply for magnetron drive in which the length in cooling direction is made short, and freedom of design layout and efficiency of cooling design are realized. SOLUTION: The power supply for the magnetron drive is split into two by a high voltage transformer and its length in cooling direction is made short as much as possible. Furthermore, by combining each of printed-circuit boards 13, 14 and the other structural member, a ventilation passage is formed. Thereby, since the length in cooling direction becomes very short, a series structure of, for example, a cooling fan, the power supply for magnetron drive, and a magnetron can be realized in the shortest distance, and the power supply part for magnetron drive is made the ventilation passage enabling an efficient cooling design to be realized.
