摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference) measuring instrument, and an EMI measuring method, capable of carrying out measurement in a small-sized radio wave dark room in a short time, and capable of specifying a radiation source of a disturbance electromagnetic wave. SOLUTION: This EMI measuring instrument/method is provided with a turn table 2 mounted with an EUT (Equipment Under Test) 1, a turn table controller 3, an antenna 4, a rotary mechanism 5, an antenna controller 6, a measuring instrument 7, and a computer 8. The turn table 2 rotates the EUT 1, and the antenna 4 receives directly the disturbance electromagnetic wave in the vicinity of the EUT 1. The antenna 4 is rotated on a circular arc L on a plane PN including the rotational center axis M. The measuring instrument 7 measures an intensity of the disturbance electromagnetic wave received by the antenna 4, and the computer 8 transmits a composed amplitude value HE, a phase valueΔand a spherical coordinate value from the measuring instrument 7 to a computation mechanism 9. The computation mechanism 9 computes an intensity of the disturbance electromagnetic wave on virtual cylindrical coordinates, based on a data from the computer 8.
