PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil in water type emulsion cosmetic of good abrasion resistance that gives fresh, good feeling of use and endures even at such a high temperature as to cause perspiration. SOLUTION: The cosmetic for makeup or antisunburn is prepared by mixing an aqueous solution of a temperature-sensitive polymer that has characteristics of reversible sol-gel transition, that is, of forming a sol at a lower temperature than the critical temperature ranging from 10°C to 40°C and a hydrogel at the critical temperature or higher and can form a film, at a lower temperature than the sol-gel transition temperature of the temperature-sensitive polymer.
