<p>In a medical information processing device having display means for displaying a medical image, when examination order information does not match with additional information on the medical image, a user can promptly recognize it. According to an image examination device (3) as the medical information processing device, when image data on a medical image is received from a modality (2) as an image generation device, information on an item set in a comparison object item setting file (361) is extracted from the additional information on the received image data and the corresponding examination order information received from RIS (1) as an information management device. The extracted additional information is compared to the examination order information for each same item. If there is an item causing a mismatch, a mismatch notification icon (331a) is displayed on an image examination list screen (331) and additional information including the item causing the mismatch on the additional information list is displayed with a color different from the other additional information.</p> |
