Provided are a container pack manufacturing method and an apparatus therefor, which can wind up a container precisely and promptly into a lump shape or a ball shape. A pillar-shaped support (6) is covered with an extensible cylindrical net (N). Roller belts (30), as arranged at a plurality of circular portions of the net (N), are moved axially toward the root end side of the net (N) while the leading end portion of the net (N) being forcibly wound back radially outward or inward by the roller belts (30). The leading end portion of the net is forcibly turned to wind by the turning motions and axial movements of the roller belt (30), thereby to form an annular wound portion (C) wound with the net (N) multiplexly outward or inward of the radial direction.
