An electrically connecting apparatus is provided with a supporting substrate having an upper surface and a lower surface; a block, which has an attaching surface facing downward and is attached to the supporting substrate in a status where at least the attaching surface is positioned lower than the supporting substrate; a circuit board, which is flexible and provided with a contact region wherein a plurality of contacts are arranged and an outer region around the contact region, and has at least the contact region attached to the lower surface of the supporting substrate at a part in the outer region in a status where the contact region faces the attaching surface of the block; and a reference mark member, which has a lower end surface and a reference mark arranged on the lower end surface for positioning, and has the lower end surface attached to the block in a status where the lower end surface is exposed downward. Thus, accuracy of measuring a needle point position is improved.
