A damping device of a housing of window lift motor for a vehicle is provided to improve durability of the housing and to save manufacturing cost by using a driver integrally formed with a rubber damper absorbing motion energy generated in operation or stop of the motor. A damping device of a housing of window lift motor for a vehicle includes: a gear housing(2) connected to a motor(1) and a hollow through-hole provided at a lower part; a first gear provided at an upper part of the gear housing and having a concaved part in its middle part; a rubber damper provided at an upper part of the concaved part; a driver surrounding an upper part of the rubber damper; a gear cover surrounding the upper parts of the gear housing and driver and having a hole whose middle part is open; a vertical axis inserted into the through-hole formed in the gear housing; an O-ring inserted into an outer diameter of the vertical axis; a second gear provided at an upper part of the O-ring; a washer provided at an upper diameter of the second gear; a fastening unit provided at an upper part of the washer, where the rubber damper and the driver are integrated so as to form a damping unit.
