<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist a player's musical performance without changing the internal shape of a mouthpiece. <P>SOLUTION: An actuator 14 is fixed to the mouthpiece 11 with a housing fixing member 42. A speaker 31 and a vibration transmission rod 34 are provided in the actuator 14, and the vibration transmission rod 34 has one end bonded to a diaphragm 32 of the speaker and the other end put in a machined hole 23 bored in the mouthpiece 11 to have its end portion arranged in level with an internal wall surface of the mouthpiece 11. A microphone 12 which detects sound pressure and a static pressure sensor 13 are bonded in machined holes 21 and 22 bored in the mouthpiece 11. A sound pressure signal picked up by the microphone 12 is amplified with a gain corresponding to the breathing pressure of the player detected by the static pressure sensor 13 to drive the actuator 14, thereby generating sound pressure corresponding to the breathing pressure of the player in the mouthpiece 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
