<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold-protective article having a simple structure and excellent heat retention. <P>SOLUTION: The cold-protective article has the following: a first cloth 12, a second cloth 14 and a third cloth 16 each cut into a prescribed shape and superimposed on one another; a plurality of first seams 20 with which the first cloth 12 and the second cloth 14 are sewn up in prescribed intervals; a first warming-material housing space 22 formed between a pair of the first seams 20; a plurality of second seams 28 with which the second cloth 14 and the third cloth 16 are sewn up at prescribed intervals; a second warming-material housing space 30 formed between a pair of the second seams 28; a first warming material 24 disposed at the first warming-material housing space 22; a second warming material 32 disposed at the second warming-material housing space 30.
