<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having high durability, high sensitivity, and high potential stability even in repeated use, and less liable to cause reduction in sensitivity even when short-wavelength light, particularly light having a wavelength of 380-450 nm is used as exposure light, and to provide a process cartridge and an electrophotographic apparatus which have the electrophotographic photoreceptor. <P>SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor is obtained by stacking a charge generating layer and a charge transport layer on a conductive support in this order from the support side, wherein the charge transport layer contains at least a polyarylate resin containing a specific repeating structural unit and a specific charge transporting material, wherein the specific repeating structural unit occupies 60-100% (expressed in terms of molar ratio) of all the repeating structural units of the polyarylate resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
