AGRICULTURAL MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural material in which alkali foots produced during refining of crude oil are converted into an effectively utilizable form and to provide a method for producing the agricultural material. SOLUTION: The agricultural material is a granule obtained by mixing the alkali foots produced during the refining of the crude oil in an oil refining process of a vegetable oil with corn germ meal. The granule is prepared by adding water to the alkali foots, affording a liquid material having fluidity, then adding the corn germ meal while stirring the liquid material until the fluidity is lost and subsequently evaporating the water. The mixing weight ratio of the alkali foots to the water is [(alkali foots/water)=(1/1.5) to (1/3)]. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
