PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a rigid polyurethane board which can secure the dimensional stability of both end parts without cutting/removing both end parts widely in the width direction. SOLUTION: A rigid polyurethane foam solution composition is discharged on a traveling lower surface material 1, an upper surface material 2 is supplied from above it, and the discharged rigid polyurethane foam solution composition is expanded/cured between the upper and lower surface materials 1 and 2 to manufacture the rigid polyurethane board continuously. A laminated surface material in which a resin film 1b longer than the length in the width direction of a core material 1a is laminated on the core material 1a is used as the lower surface material 1 or the upper surface material 2. After the discharged rigid polyurethane foam solution composition is discharged, by bending the end part in the width direction of the resin film 1b by a presser bar 6, the extension in the width direction of the discharged rigid polyurethane foam solution composition is suppressed.
