NAVIGATION SYSTEM, ROUTE SEARCH SERVER, TERMINAL DEVICE, AND ADVERTISEMENT DISPLAY METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform guidance by computing not only times required for transfer but also waiting times in the case that guidance routes includes transfer locations. SOLUTION: A navigation system includes: time-table operation data 302 of transport means; transfer data 303 indicating times required for transfer at transfer locations; a waiting time computation means 315 for computing the times required for transfer and waiting times at the transfer locations; a route search means 314; a display means 216; and an operating/input means 217. The route search means 314 searches for such guidance routes as to be based on the time-table operation data 302 and the transfer data 303 and satisfy the times required for transfer according to information on starting locations and destinations set by the operating/input means 217. When the guidance routes include transfer locations, the waiting time computation means 315 computes waiting times by subtracting the times required for transfer from the time difference between arrival times and departure times at the transfer locations and displays the guidance routes and the waiting times on the display means 216.
