PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the ink which leaks out of an atmospheric pressure introduction opening from adhering to an external surface of an ink cartridge. SOLUTION: A leaking ink guide body 180 is prepared which receives the ink that leaks out of the atmospheric pressure introduction opening 193, and which guides the ink out to an ink absorber 160 attached outside of a cartridge casing 142. The ink which leaks from the atmospheric pressure introduction opening 193 is guided by the leaking ink guide body 180 outside of the cartridge casing 142 and absorbed (held) by the ink absorber 160.
