PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible laminate comprising a metallic foil layer/a thermoplastic polyimide layer or/and a conductor circuit layer/a thermoplastic polyimide layer, having excellent heat resistance, electric characteristics and mechanical strengths inherent in a polyimide, which can be easily manufactured by a lamination process, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: This flexible laminate comprises a metallic foil layer/a thermoplastic polyimide layer or/and a conductor circuit layer/a thermoplastic polyimide layer, in which the metallic foil layer or the conductor circuit layer is bonded with at least one surface of the thermoplastic polyimide layer, where the thermoplastic polyimide layer is formed from a thermoplastic polyimide resin film or sheet obtained by melting and extruding the thermoplastic polyimide resin. Such flexible laminate can be produced by heating and pressurizing the thermoplastic polyimide film (1) and the metallic foil (2) or the conductor circuit layer (4) to be bonded together.
