摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide smooth correction characteristics just by setting a small number of data beforehand. SOLUTION: A correction characteristic storage part 11 stores the coordinates (Xp, Yp) of a break point P and curve approximation range widths Wa and Wb as data for determining correction characteristics. A basic polygonal line coefficient calculation part 12 calculates the coefficient C1 of a straight line passing through two points O and P and the coefficient C2 of a straight line passing through two points P and P'. An auxiliary straight line coefficient calculation part 13 obtains division points P and Q for dividing two line segments AP and PB by the ratio of dividing a curve approximation range by input data X and calculates the coefficient C0 of an auxiliary straight line passing through the division points P and Q. A range judgement part 14 judges whether or not the input data X are in the curve approximation range. A coefficient selection part 15 and a primary expression operation part 16 perform correction based on a basic polygonal line using the coefficients C1 and C2 when it is judged that they are out of the range and perform correction based on the auxiliary straight line using the coefficient C0 when it is judged that they are in the range.
