PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a mobile station device to respond to an incoming call even when it is out of a simultaneous calling area registered in a call control server, concerning a network device composed of the call control server and the base station devices. SOLUTION: The network device composed of an SIP server and the base station devices 40 includes: an in-area simultaneous calling area storage 11 for storing by associating the mobile station devices 50, and simultaneous calling area information which indicates the simultaneous calling areas; a related simultaneous calling area obtaining part 43 for obtaining one or the plurality of simultaneous calling areas related to the simultaneous calling area which is indicated by the simultaneous calling area information stored in the in-area simultaneous calling area storage 11; and a related simultaneous calling area simultaneous calling section 44 for performing simultaneous calling in one or the plurality of simultaneous calling areas obtained by the related simultaneous calling area obtaining part 43 in a prescribed case.
