PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active acoustic control/in-vehicle amusement integration system where an active acoustic control circuit and an in-vehicle amusement circuit are appropriately arranged. SOLUTION: The active acoustic control/in-vehicle amusement integration system 10 includes: a circuit board with an active noise control circuit 12, and the in-vehicle amusement circuit 30 mounted thereon; and a speaker 40 for outputting control sound by the active noise control circuit 12, and/or music by the in-vehicle amusement circuit 30. An operation panel 52 for operating the function of the in-vehicle amusement circuit 30 is adjacently arranged on one side of the circuit board 28. On the other side of the circuit board 28 opposing to the one side, connectors are arranged for connecting the input/output signals of the active noise control circuit 12 and the in-vehicle amusement circuit 30.
