PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembly work of a main circuit conductor of a vacuum circuit-breaker renewed due to deterioration. SOLUTION: The vacuum circuit-breaker comprises a vacuum valve 3 having a pair of separable contacts; fixed side interpolar enlarging conductors 4, 7 fixed to the fixed side of the vacuum valve 3 to enlarge an interpolar space; movable side interpolar enlarging conductors 10, 12 fixed to the movable side of the vacuum valve 3 to enlarge the interpolar space; a flexible conductor 15 connecting the movable side interpolar enlarging conductor 10 to a movable shaft 17 of the vacuum valve 3; and an operating mechanism 22 connected to the movable shaft 17 of the vacuum valve 3. The space in the interpolar direction of the vacuum valve 3 miniaturized in the axial direction is enlarged to connect to a main circuit on the board side. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
