PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice grinding polisher which can excellently perform both of rice polishing and rice bran removal. SOLUTION: The rice grinding polisher 10 comprises a rice polishing roll whose rotating shaft is directed in the vertical direction, a rice bran removal cylinder 14 installed on the outer periphery side of the rice polishing roll to form a rice polishing chamber between it and the rice polishing roll, a rice bran removal chamber 24 formed on the outer periphery side of the rice bran removal cylinder 14, and a suction duct part 32 communicated with the lower part of the rice bran removal chamber 24 for discharging rice bran powder. Rotation of the rice polishing roll polishes rice grains while raising them in the rice polishing chamber. An inclined plate 39 inclined to the vertical direction for guiding the bran powder to the suction duct part 32 is disposed on the outer periphery side of the rice bran removal cylinder 14. Thereby the rice bran powder discharged from the rice polishing chamber to the rice bran removal chamber 24 can be guided to the suction duct part 32 even when the amount of air from the suction duct part 32 is decreased.
