PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fire-fighting installation which has fire fighting effectiveness, which is higher than that of a sprinkler fire-fighting equipment, without raising facility expense. SOLUTION: In the fire-fighting installation in which a fire fighting head 11 is connected to secondary side piping 12, a micro-bubble generating apparatus 17, which generates micro-bubbles, is formed, the micro-bubbles, which enclose an inert gas, is generated by the micro-bubble generating apparatus 17, and water containing the micro-bubbles is supplied to the secondary side piping 12. The micro-bubble generator 17 is connected to the water tank 16 of a water-supply source connected to the primary side piping 14 of a flowing water detector 13 and a nitrogen cylinder 18 is connected to the micro-bubble generator 17.
