PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unforeseen accidents before they happen by checking the corroded state of solder used for a sprinkler head from outside. SOLUTION: A sealing plate 20 attached to the sprinkler head 10 has a thermosensitive body housing part 25 by forming an opening 24 at a part of the sealing plate. Solder 13C which is same as the solder 13 used for the sprinkler head is housed in the part 25. A label 40 which changes depending on environmental conditions is glued on the surface of the sealing plate. The part 25 is constituted of a dented part 26 dented from the surface of the sealing plate to the side of a ceiling, and a nail part 27 is provided on the side of the opening of the dented part.
