PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet treatment device and an image forming device capable of binding a bundle of sheets without generating alignment failure of a rear end. SOLUTION: A pressing member 72 for pressure-contacting the sheet S1 with a sheet stack means 34 can be moved to a retreating position for not obstructing alignment of the sheet S1 by an alignment part and a pressing position for pressure-contacting the aligned sheet S1 with the sheet stack means 34. Further, a restriction member 71 for restricting movement of the aligned sheet S1 to an upper side of an end in a sheet conveying direction can be moved to a retreating position for not obstructing alignment of the sheet S1 by the alignment part and a restriction position for restricting movement of the aligned sheet S1 to the upper side of the end in the sheet conveying direction.
