PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an storage structure in a vehicular luggage compartment capable of conveniently taking/putting a luggage out of/in an storage space under a cover without moving the luggage even when the luggage is placed on a part of the lid. SOLUTION: There are provided in a passenger car a floor member 12 constituting a vehicular luggage compartment floor and having an storage recess 22, an storage container 14 placed in the storage recess 22, and a lid member 18 which is provided as an upper lid to cover the storage recess 22 and capable of opening/closing a rear half of the vehicle of an storage space 34 of the storage container 14. The storage container 14 is stored in the storage recess 22 so that the storage space 34 is capable of circulating an area 36A to be opened by the lid member 18 and an area 36B not to be opened thereby.
