摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic ultrasonic probe capable of performing highly-accurate fluid state measurement or nondestructive inspection of a structure. SOLUTION: In this direct type electromagnetic ultrasonic probe constituted of a magnet and a current-carrying means of an alternating current or a measuring means of an induced electromotive force, an ultrasonic wave is transmitted into a measuring object by utilizing electromagnetic interaction, or the ultrasonic wave propagating in the measuring object is received. The measuring object is a conductive measuring object. In the probe constituted of a current terminal pair 5a, 5b connected to an ultrasonic oscillation part 4 or an ultrasonic reception part of the conductive measuring object, and one or more pairs of magnet pairs forming a magnetic field 11 crossing orthogonally or obliquely the current-carrying direction of the alternating current 7 or the propagation direction of the ultrasonic wave 14, the alternating current 7 is directly applied into the conductive measuring object by the current terminal pair 5a, 5b, or the induced electromotive force generated by ultrasonic vibration in the magnetic field is directly measured.
