PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the corrosion diagnosis of an underground embedded structure with high precision. SOLUTION: The corrosion diagnosis device for diagnosing corrosion of the underground embedded structure has an underground embedded structure made of steel, of which the outer surface is coated with a predetermined material, a coupon made of the same material as that of the underground embedded structure, electrically connected to the underground embedded structure and embedded in the vicinity of the underground embedded structure in a non-coated state, the grounding electrode embedded at a position separated from the underground embedded structure, a measuring means for measuring the electrochemical impedance between the underground embedded structure and the grounding electrode and a control means for diagnosing the corrosion of the underground embedded structure from the electrochemical impedance between the underground embedded structure and the grounding electrode obtained by the measuring means and the electrochemical impedance between the underground embedded structure, in a state where the coupon is electrically connected and the grounding electrode.
