The aim of the invention is to provide a heating system for hard floors, which is easy to install and which allows more possible mechanical connections between the individual elements of the floor than in know systems. As a result, an insulating panel with a heating function is provided, said panel being used, in particular, as a sub-layer for panels such as laminate panel flooring, comprising at least one layer (10) made from an insulating material on which a heating film device (20) is applied as a resistance heater. Said heating film device comprises two conductor strips (50) which extend at a distance from each other and along the longitudinal edges thereof, and which comprise on their ends, respectively, an electric contact section (51). The invention also relates to a surface heating system comprising several insulating panels of said type which are arranged next to each other and which are to be electrically connected, and connecting elements (100) for electrically connecting two insulating panels which are arranged next to each other and a power supply. |
