The arrangement has an auxiliary electric supply unit with a power reserve component e.g. super-capacitor (6). An electric energy reserve (9) is connected to the super-capacitor. An RF receiver (4) assures identification of a user. The connection of the electric energy reserve is controlled such that the energy reserve supplies the super-capacitor when the identification is carried out and authorized.
