The present invention relates to a trolley to transport mobile garbage bins. The trolley being characterized in that, said trolley incorporates a tray base, a containment frame located above the tray base, a ramp operatively connected to the tray base and drive means, wherein the ramp is movable between an open and a closed position and wherein the ramp, in the closed position serves with the containment frame to form an enclosure serving as a means of securing bins positioned on the trolley.
