An integral combining and closing structure of a body and a stopper of a refill container is provided to take out the contents without separating the stopper from the body, by opening an opening and closing hole by turning up the stopper. In an integral combining and closing structure of a body(2) and a stopper of a refill container, an opening and closing hole is formed in the upper center of the stopper. An outflow hole closing unit is formed in the opening and closing hole, a long groove is formed on the upside, and first and second closing annular projections, a closing annular groove, and a cap vertical operating long projection are formed at the inside. A closing unit rod(10) and a closing annular projection(13) are formed on the body and connected by a closing unit rod connecting support rib(12). The cap-moving projection of the stopper is integrally combined with threads(22) and a long groove(21) of the body. A roulette unit formed at the outer surface of the stopper and an outer cap roulette formed at the inner surface of an outer cap are engaged with each other like a saw-toothed wheel in turning the outer cap by pressing. The opening and closing hole is opened without separating the stopper, by turning the outer cap.
