DUAL PILOT MANIFOLD ASSEMBLY FOR A SAFETY RELIEF VALVE

A manifold assembly for operating a safety relief valve includes a manifol d block having a block inlet port, a block dome pressure port, and a pair of control cavities each adapted for receiving a pilot valve or auxiliary control membe r. Inlet control valves, dome pressure control valves and test control valves are eac h mounted on the manifold block. One of the pilot valves may be maintained on-line for controlling operation of the safety relief valve, while the other pilot valv e may be isolated for service. A cartridge pilot valve assembly includes a bushing fo r facilitating installation and removal of the cartridge valve assembly from t he valve block. An improved metal washer is provided having inner and outer knife edg es for sealing engagement between the valve body and the block.
