A method for determining control information in a mobile communication system is provided to calculate efficiently a C value in case that a mode is changed and to control effectively the power of uplink wherein control information which results from normalization of strength of a signal received by a mobile terminal is defined as the C value in 3GPP 45.008 10.2.3.1. A method for determining control information in a mobile communication system comprises the following several steps. Power information on an uplink transport power value is obtained in the first communication mode, which is a dedicated mode, on the basis of a circuit switching scheme. The first communication mode is converted into the second communication mode, which is a packet idle mode, on the basis of packet switching scheme. The uplink transport power value is calculated by the power information. |
