A rotary device using position movement of a poise is provided to use a certain size of output obtained from a rotary body as various energy sources without any consumption of external physical power or resources. A rotary device using position movement of a poise includes a body, a central shaft, a support frame, an auxiliary poise, and a poise. The body is supported on the support frame by the central shaft. The auxiliary poise is disposed in the body in a direction opposite with reference to the central axis. The poise is connected to the auxiliary poise. When the auxiliary poise is disposed on the body in response to a rotational angle of the body, the poise is moved far away from the central axis at its one end and is moved close to the central axis at the other end.
