An integrated system and a method for transmitting civil affair documents based on multi devices are provided to receive document issuing request from various kinds of input terminals from an internet accessible computer to a mobile communication terminal, a PDA, and a wire telephone. A civil affair document issuing system comprises a WAP(Wireless Application Protocol) server, an ARS server, a receiving server, a database, a digital coding device, and an issuing server. The WAP server transmits the document issuing request information from a mobile communication input terminal(101). The ARS server converts the document issuing request information into a digital data. The receiving server is connected with a web server transmitting the document issuing request information from each input terminal. The digital coding device withdraws and outputs the document information. The issuing server receives the document issuing request information and orders the database to withdraw the document information related to the digital coding device. The receiving server is connected to the issuing server for data transmission to receive the document information from the issuing server. |
