THE MANUFACTURING METHOD AND IT'S OF CAP WHICH USING THE PAPER MULBERRY

A method of manufacturing a cap using paper mulberry and a cap made by the same are provided to obtain a cap that is light and has good ventilation by using the characteristics of the paper mulberry that is light and has good absorptiveness. A method of manufacturing a cap using paper mulberry includes the steps of: collecting paper mulberry and peeling bark thereof; separating the bark into outer bark and inner bark; boiling the inner bark at 150-200 deg.C for 1 and a half hours, and letting it well steamed for 1 hour; washing the inner bark with cool water three times; bleaching the inner bark for 5-6 hours with a bleaching agent; removing the bleaching agent by washing the inner bark in cold water more than 3 times; stacking layers of inner bark in a mold in a cap shape by applying paste thereto; spreading lumping inner bark with a gimlet; and sewing the cap.
