A mobile tester with digital oscilloscope is provided to take advantage of a mobile device like a mobile phone or a PDA(Personal Digital Assistant) as a mobile tester for measuring a digital wave form by mounting a mobile measurement unit on a serial port of the mobile device. A mobile tester with digital oscilloscope using a mobile device like a mobile phone or a PDA includes a micro controller(110), an A/D(Analog/Digital) converter unit(130), a nonvolatile flash memory unit(120), and a serial communication unit(300). The mobile tester measures physical properties such as voltage(212), current(213), resistance(214), temperature(220), humidity(230), luminance(240), noise(250), pressure(260), vacuum degree(270), etc. to convert them into a digital signal through the A/D converter unit(130). The mobile tester transmits the measured physical properties to a mobile device(900) through the serial communication unit(300). |
