摘要 A multi-layered white light emitting diode using quantum dots and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to maintain white light stably by exciting the quantum dots using visible light. A multi-layered white light emitting diode using quantum dots includes an ultraviolet light emitting diode(10), a mixed florescent material layer(20), and a red-light emitting quantum dots layer(30). The ultraviolet light emitting diode(10) emits ultraviolet rays. The mixed florescent material layer(20) is formed at an upper surface of the ultraviolet light emitting diode(10), and includes a green fluorescent material and a blue fluorescent material for absorbing the ultraviolet rays emitted from the ultraviolet light emitting diode(10) to emit blue light and green light. The red-light emitting quantum dots layer(30) is formed at an upper surface of the mixed fluorescent material layer(20) to be excited by the blue light and the green light in order to emit red light.
