An automatic remote locking system of a vehicle is provided to form a structure for an operating automatic locking system by remote control using an audio antenna of an external part of the vehicle, thereby improving the operation performance of automatic locking system, easily designing the vehicle and the structure, and reducing manufacturing cost. An automatic remote locking system of a vehicle comprises the following steps of: forming a frequency switch in an input stage of an audio antenna; forming structure for checking key insert and changing frequency path by automatic remote locking input or audio input; forming resonance frequency matching unit in a first stage of automatic remote locking frequency module, changing and adjusting antenna resonance point by automatic remote locking frequency band. The automatic remote locking system has an audio system and an automatic remote locking frequency module.
