<p>The sausage slicer comprises a device for delivering sausage in a delivery position in which a welding station of a packing device is arranged, a membrane body connected with the environment over a free cross section, and an isolating equipment. The welding station has a base plate (7) with an electrically heatable welding rod and/or band, and a removable clamping piece for clamping and edge wise welding of two plastic foils covering the sausage. The clamping piece is formed as suction cup (14) with a clamping edge that is connected with a vacuum device. The sausage slicer comprises a device for delivering sausage in a delivery position in which a welding station of a packing device is arranged, a membrane body connected with the environment over a free cross section, and isolating equipment. The welding station has a base plate (7) with an electrically heatable welding rod and/or band, and a removable clamping piece for clamping and edge wise welding of two plastic foils covering the sausage. The clamping piece is formed as suction cup (14) with a clamping edge that is connected with a vacuum device. An elastically compressible frame out of airtight material like foamed rubber is arranged for evacuating and clamping the plastic foil on the base plate parallel to the rotating welding rod and/or band and lies opposite to the clamping edge. A space laterally bounds as the vacuum chamber during introducing and placing the suction cup. The evacuation of the suction cup leads against the base plate. The clamping edge of the suction cup strikes a contact pressure on the plastic foil against heating rod. The suction cup horizontally proceeds in guidance (12) from a retracted holding position during the slicing- and delivering process under a chain frame of the delivering device over the delivery position. The guidance in the area of the delivery position reduces the vertical interval of the clamping piece to the base plate up to placing the clamping edges on the compressible frame. The suction cup is dislodged at the delivery position in vertical direction for sinking during suction. A further frame out of airtight material with a high deformation resistance is intended concentric to the compressible frame for increasing the vacuum up to welding the plastic foil. The suction cup is movable over two base plates that are conveyed between the delivery position and the welding position. The membrane body is intended in the suction cup in the area of cupola (16) opposite to the foil and the sausage and progresses a spatial expansion by increasing the evacuation. An elastically compressible pad is intended in the suction cup and disposes over a convex contour, whose thickness reduces itself from the middle towards its edge.</p> |
