A plasma reactor is provided to prevent the failure of early igniting even though the amount of air and the amount of fuel are precisely controlled, thereby improving the stability of the plasma reactor, and reduce a manufacturing cost of an electrode by forming the electrode into one body type. A lower portion of a cylindrical reactor chamber(1) is closed by an insulating portion(2). An electrode(3) is disposed in the center of an inside of the reactor chamber, wherein the electrode includes an inner mixture space(31) and a plurality of horizontal nozzles(32) for supplying mixed fuel. A fuel supply unit(4) supplies fuel to the center of the inner mixture space via a lateral wall of the reactor chamber and the insulating portion. An air supply unit(5) is distanced from the fuel supply unit. The air supply unit supplies mixed air to an inside of the reactor chamber and the inner mixture space via the lateral wall of the reactor chamber and the insulting portion. A high voltage supply unit(6) supplies high voltage to the electrode via the insulating portion.
