An automatic supply apparatus and method for a press for an engine valve is provided to prevent defects by heating a single screw valve producing unit through data of a touch screen and controlling the total operation cycle of the single screw valve producing unit. An automatic supply apparatus includes a single screw valve producing unit(100), an engine valve conveyor moving unit(200), a loader press loading/unloading unit(300), a control unit(400), and a touch screen unit(500). The single screw valve producing unit produces an engine valve having one end with an expanded portion by heating a rod through upper and lower electrodes and pressing the rod in an axial direction. The engine valve conveyor moving unit takes the engine valve produced by the single screw valve producing unit through a loader, and sends the engine valve to the loader press loading/unloading unit through a chain conveyor. The loader press loading/unloading unit conveys the engine valve sent from the engine valve conveyor moving unit to a press die, and hot forges the engine valve. The control unit is electrically connected to the single screw valve producing unit, the engine valve conveyor moving unit, and the loader press loading/unloading unit, and controls operation of an anvil, a press board, a conveyor, and a loader and supply of current, air and coolant. The touch screen unit has a touch panel for interfacing the single screw valve producing unit, the engine valve conveyor moving unit, the loader press loading/unloading unit and the control unit.
