An air conditioning diffuser is provided to facilitate construction of the diffuser by securing a sufficient space between a concrete ceiling slab and a ceiling finish material and ensure easy control of air flow with a flow control damper which moves up and down. In an air conditioning diffuser(10) communicated to a main duct(50) by a flexible duct(30), and installed between a concrete ceiling slab and a ceiling finish material for controlling the air flow, the diffuser comprises a body unit, a flow control damper(25), a screw stem(26), and a lower panel(27). The body unit is shaped as a cap with whose lower diameter is larger than the upper diameter. The flow control damper is installed inside the body unit, having a screw hole in its center. The screw stem is fastened to the screw hole of the flow control damper to move the flow damper up and down. The lower panel is installed on a lower side of the flow control damper, with the lower end of the screw stem fastened thereto.
