An apparatus for supporting cloth in hot-steam treatment of printed materials is provided to disperse uniformly steam from a steam machine to a fabric, thereby making the coloring degree of the printed materials uniform. An apparatus for supporting cloth comprises an upper frame(20), a lower frame(30), and a bearing member(40). The upper frame has a plurality of cloth fixing elements(21) so that a fabric(1) or an additional cloth(2) overlapping the fabric is rolled in a scroll type. The lower frame supports the upper frame from the ground by a predetermined height. The bearing member is installed between the upper frame and the lower frame such that the upper frame is horizontally rotated centering on the lower frame.
