A multi-functional breathing wall body is provided to flow air automatically, and to absorb heat and sound by forming the wall body with the concrete, an HEPA(High Efficiency Particulate Arrestor) filter, and a wood plate. A multi-functional breathing wall body divides a building into the inside and the outside and divides an indoor space. The wall body includes a porous concrete layer(20), an HEPA filter(30), and a porous wood layer(40) consecutively formed to the indoor which is one surface of the porous concrete layer to circulate air except for the indoor. The porous wood layer is formed between the porous concrete layer and the hepa filter layer. The porous concrete layer has 15 to 30% of porosity by mixing the thick aggregate with the cement.
